8. Which plan do I need?

What you can use on the free plan, Core and Professional, and where to find help for each feature.

Giftnote has a free plan and two paid plans. This page shows what each one includes, so you know which help articles apply to you.

On the free plan? You can use Gift Audit. Everything else in this help centre, like gift messages, gift cards and Multi Gift, needs the Core or Professional plan. Both come with a 30-day free trial.

See your plan or change it

  1. Open Giftnote from the Apps section of your Shopify admin.
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription. You can also select Subscription on Settings → Overview.
  3. Your current plan is at the top. Under Plans, click Switch to … on another plan to change, or Downgrade to Free. Shopify asks you to approve the new charge.

If you move back to the free plan, your data is kept. New gift messages and gift cards pause until you pick a paid plan again.
